My MFJ-993B Review

While testing the MFJ-993B IntelliTuner, I found it reliable and fast enough for daily use. The automatic tuning process was quick and accurate, furthermore, it consistently delivered low SWR and optimal impedance matching. The tuner’s built-in antenna analyzer provided valuable feedback on antenna performance.

In addition, it allowed for precise adjustments to achieve maximum signal efficiency. Additionally, the tuner’s compact size and sturdy construction make it a practical choice for both home station and portable operation.

This was my home tuner before getting a Palstar and amplifier. It now resides in my go box and gets used several times a year for Field day and POTA. It is a great tuner for these activities because of the antenna analyzer.
